The fit is slim but not skinny, with enough room for knee movement and layering long underwear beneath in cooler weather. The waistband sits at natural height and uses a button-fly closure. Durability has been impressive. The reinforced saddle contact points address the chronic failure area on riding pants. The DWR treatment does diminish with washing and can be refreshed with spray-on treatment.

The weight of 380 grams and packed size make these less ideal for ultralight setups where every gram counts.
